We got a great deal on a big box of butterscotch chips and now everyone is thinking of ways to use them.
So far we’ve made Croissants filled with a mixture of butterscotch/coconut/sliced almonds.
Soft Butterscotch Oatmeal Cookies.
And my favourite (so far)… Butterscotch Ginger Snaps.
